みかれっと
I bought this product because it is for the imperial family. The aroma and taste are both peculiar. Taste level: ★★☆☆☆☆ Purchased at Ohira Sake Shop. Drinking at home.

It has a creamy bread-like aroma mixed with the aroma of rice and a strong presence. The taste is deep and robust, and it seems to go well with strong flavored dishes and high fat dishes. It is highly fragrant, has a good finish, and disappears quickly.

きまぐれ
ginjo sake with no added alcohol Not sweet! Jundaiginjo but not fruity! There is an astringent aftertaste. Is it a Junmai Daiginjo for sipping? Or is it rather spicy? What is that faint aroma that comes through the nose? It's an interesting taste. It is delicate, or rather, it has a single-minded yet complex taste. It is difficult to express. It has a sense of rice, but it is also beautiful and rustic. 86 points Sweetness:1.5 Dryness: 2.8 Aroma:1.5 Acidity:2.8

That's right. I guess it's more like a cleaner version of Township Honor. I was surprised that it was not fruity.

The aroma was thin and a little more vegetable than fruit. There is not much sweetness, but it is refreshing and has a very good balance. It does not interfere with cooking. However, the rice flavor is thin, so the evaluation may change depending on your taste. It is a sake with little assertiveness in the mouth. Personally, I enjoyed it very much.

The moment you put it in your mouth, you feel like the alcohol is wrapped in an oeuvre, but after a little while, the aroma and bitterness spread to the top of your mouth. This is the first brewery in Japan to serve nama-shu. There are many different flavors of nama-shu. ☆

This is a sake called Yamazakuratomo (Yusura) from a brewery that is said to have released the first unpasteurized sake. I love it. I think it's one of the few things Ibaraki Prefecture can be proud of. The color is yellowish and the aroma is spicy apple. The aroma is spicy apple. When you put it in your mouth, it is dry, but the fruity aroma of green apples passes through quickly and is very pleasant. In the aftertaste, you will feel the deliciousness and it will soon be gone. It is a type that both women and men can like and it is very delicious. The impression is drier than when I drank it before, but is this because of my physical condition or because of the change in my taste buds? Either way, it's still a delicious sake. The only drawback is that it's a bit pricey (3000 yen for a #4 bottle). 8

It's refreshing, but it's full of flavor and mysterious. I think it is good to eat with soy sauce, especially with boiled fish. The aroma is also quite calm, so it might be good with sashimi. Personally, I think it's best to leave it for a little while after opening the bottle.
