This is a sake called Yamazakuratomo (Yusura) from a brewery that is said to have released the first unpasteurized sake. I love it.
I think it's one of the few things Ibaraki Prefecture can be proud of.
The color is yellowish and the aroma is spicy apple. The aroma is spicy apple.
When you put it in your mouth, it is dry, but the fruity aroma of green apples passes through quickly and is very pleasant.
In the aftertaste, you will feel the deliciousness and it will soon be gone. It is a type that both women and men can like and it is very delicious.
The impression is drier than when I drank it before, but is this because of my physical condition or because of the change in my taste buds?
Either way, it's still a delicious sake. The only drawback is that it's a bit pricey (3000 yen for a #4 bottle).

It's refreshing, but it's full of flavor and mysterious. I think it is good to eat with soy sauce, especially with boiled fish. The aroma is also quite calm, so it might be good with sashimi.
Personally, I think it's best to leave it for a little while after opening the bottle.

I bought this to drink at my parents' house on the anniversary of my grandfather's death (the 27th anniversary of his death).
It's dry and refreshing. It's easy to drink, but I don't think I'll repeat it considering the price.
My first scent! It's like smoked grains and beans, long aged, brown rice cellar aroma with a touch of glamour!
The ajiwai is dry and easy to drink, and today we had it with yuanyaki, and it was a very nice marriage!
