Purchased at Kigawaya. Sweet and fruity aroma. Pear type. The taste is a refined sweetness. It has a strong sweetness, but it is light and refreshing. The alcohol content is slightly low at 14 degrees. It is cold today, but it would be great to drink it chilled in the hot summer.

💖 Sakewa girls' party? Petit off-line meeting? Or just a regular year-end party? Anyway, I wanted to drink. Thanks to the organizer for coordinating 😊. Please see the second photo for the members. There are some who are not written here. Speaking of amidakuji! Speaking of abandonment! I'm the one from 😆. The place is a bar where they had a hard time welcoming Choroki the other day. I'm glad to be there so early. ☺️ I made a reservation at 17:00 and they said to come at random, but everyone comes in time for the start time, right? Queen Amida attended after work. So, at that point I was counting the 31 pints I ordered. (according to Chiko-chan). After that, she ordered 2 gou 6 times (according to Puchi-san). At first we ordered half a gou of sake each to enjoy different kinds of sake, but then it became 1 gou, then 2 gou, and it wasn't really a girls' night out anymore 😆. Did we stay until the restaurant closed? I was able to sit down on the train, so I lost my memory of the event together with the organizer. But I woke up just before my nearest station and got off after waking up the secretary. Nice job at the end, me 😆. Terrible number of sake and stupid photos. I will look back at the photos from this day when I have a hard time💗.

Fourth drink at a sake bar in Yamagata. This was the recommendation of the owner. This sake is a bit unusual in that it is a kijoshu, but also nigori (nigori is the Japanese word for "pure") sake. It was not too sweet, but had a light bitterness and a refreshing aftertaste. It was a very tasty sake. I was very surprised.

A special order from the Kigawaya Hanpukai. Sake made from 35% polished "Yuki-no-Mikami". It is sweet and dry. It tastes like sake lees. The heat spreads to the back of the throat. A slight bitterness remains at the end. I don't like the bitterness of many Yuki-Megami sakes, but this one was better. but this sake was better.
