The best sake.
I really look forward to it every year, but this year's was a trihada of aromas when I just opened the package.
Daiginjo? A different direction from last year's?
Personally, I drank it the year before last? It was close to the one I drank the year before last.
The aroma is fresh, gassy, and melon-like.
Personally, the best sake I've ever tasted.
This popular sake is probably the first name that comes to mind when it comes to Aomori sake. I happened to be lucky enough to buy it: ✌️
First of all, no doubt about it.
Taro Cabbage.
Please excuse my comment 🙇♂️.
I've got a bottle of this in my fridge that I've just opened and I'm looking forward to drinking it after work ☺️.
It's certainly a bottle you can't go wrong with👍.
It tastes like Calpis and is super easy to drink😄.
It has a gentle sweetness with a hint of sweet sake. The alcohol content is only 6%, so even people who don't usually drink can enjoy it.
It's nice to have a sake that I can drink with my wife!
Taro Cabbage.
Excuse me here too 🙇️.
My wife loves this sake and the last time we stocked it, we only had one bottle, so we gave up due to the refrigerator situation 🥲.
Next time I see it, I will definitely buy it😁.
The third phase of the Aomori Sake Rice Project to be released in June!
Take it one sip at a time.
The one I liked the most was Hassen! It had a fruity aroma, a gorgeous taste, and a very tasty acidity.
Toyofuji has the same polish ratio as Tokubetsu Junmai (55%) and has a cleaner impression with less ginjo aroma. It is crisp and easy to drink. It is stable and delicious.
Denshu has a solid taste. It has a delicious taste and a dry finish. Even so, the overall balance is good.
It's amazing that the same Toyofuji rice, polishing ratio, and alcohol content can make such a difference. It made me love local sake more and more.
Inamuraya Junmai-shu Ryou Soudou Reisou [Summer Sake
It's a refreshing summer sake! Priced at 1300 yen, I like it cosmetically😋.
I enjoyed it with horse mackerel sashimi.
