They use a yeast called "Kyo no Koto" which was jointly developed by Sasaki Shuzo and the Kyoto City Institute of Industrial Technology. If that's the case, why don't they write it on the label? It's quite floral, but banana-like. At the end, the sourness kills it. So far, I don't think I've had a bad bottle of Fuoh.

I bought it at ●Maya because I thought it was rare to find Tomiou's Yamahai. It was sweet with lactic acidity. Then there is a bitterness with a graininess. A little peculiar? A little nutty. It has a complex taste with caramel and creaminess. After a few days, it tastes like yogurt or calpis. After a few more days, it's hard to describe, but it has a type of habit I don't like...

Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (¡Ω) Very yellow. Delicious and mellow as expected! Although from the Fushimi brewery, this sake would definitely be better suited to those who prefer San-in sake! I've been afraid to go to Kyoto since the new cologne, but this makes me want to go to Fushimi to buy some! But I still don't have the guts to take the train only in the direction of Kyoto where there are many tourists! Still, this sake has enough charm to make me brave enough to make the decision to go to Fushimi, even if I am trembling!

When I first drank it, it had a peculiar taste. When I first drank it, it had a peculiar taste that became addictive. Someone told me that this sake goes well with chocolate, so I tried it and sure enough, it went well with it. However, when I drank it a second time after a year, it seemed less peculiar and more refreshing.

Drinking outside 🎵 The second drink I had at Sennyuji Kiln Autumn Leaves Festival 🍁 was Tomio's Shiboritate. Because of its high alcohol content? It had a strong flavor, and the taste of the sake was very strong. I would like to try it with heated sake 😊.
