I think this is my first sake from the brewery.
I had recently been abstaining from alcohol, so tonight I thought I would like to drink a classic, robust, and solid sake.
This is what I picked up at the liquor store.
From the label, I expected a classical sake. It has a high alcohol content!
It was definitely more classical, but...,
I can't continue to describe it,
I thought it would be more sharp than mild, but....... I can't be a food reporter.
Hishiya Sake Brewery Iwate
@Meguro Rape Flower
Mr. Tsumura, the master brewer who took the world by storm with his Tazake
Mr. Tsumura's Junmai-shu
It has a rich yellow color like an aged sake.
I thought it would have a very strong taste.
The balance of the heavy yet mellow taste and aroma is as expected.
The balance of flavor and aroma is as expected.
Good with hot tofu and sashimi!
I told them I like dry and this is what I got.
It was easy to drink and rather than dry, it was
It was clean and fruity 🍓.
Mom said it has a little bit of a habit.
Alcohol 16% to 17%.
Rice polishing ratio 55
Sake degree +4
Purchased at a liquor store near my parents' house. I matched it with osechi (New Year's dishes).
It is a little dry and easy to drink.
Even in the second half of the drink, it is still good!
It is a delicious taste that makes you think, "I can go on drinking even in the latter half of the bottle!
Tonight we had #Hishiya Jungin Shiboritate Nama-zake from Miyako City, Iwate Prefecture.
The aroma is apple and caramel syrup, and the mouthfeel is slightly thickened. It's a nama-shu, but it doesn't hit you hard, and it goes down your throat pleasantly.
I wonder if it has the characteristics of Yui no Aroma 😊.
Izakaya in Miyako after a long time
Local sake and local fish. How could it not be delicious?
The sake is very soft. The flavor spreads in your mouth.
It's the best of both worlds...
At room temperature.
The drinkable sweetness and bitterness are irresistible.
It's probably good cold too.
I went to Miyako a lot in the spring, but haven't had it!
Sake brewed by the toji who supported the peak of the rice wine, the hurdle rises 🤣
The aroma of maturing...mmm...something. I think so. Caramel aroma and firm sweetness. It's not my favorite direction, but it's probably good. I'm not sure if it's a Shaoxing wine or not, but the caramel is just about right.
🕺🕺
This sake is brewed by Mr. Tsujimura who used to brew Tazake.
The taste has a strong rice flavor and is very dense.
However, the aftertaste is very crisp, and it seems as if the previous taste is a lie.
I think it is very well made.
