This is a check-in from a trip to Shinshu🚗 where I first drank Meikyojosui and wanted to drink it, so I popped in last year around this time 🤩.
It was a delicious sake with a melon-like head and apple-like notes, light and smooth with no peculiarities. ☺️ I would recommend it as a food sake that doesn't interfere with food 🫶✨.
