I enjoyed the local sake when I visited Matsumoto city for sightseeing😊It was my first time to drink Meikyojimizu and although it was not sweet and juicy, it was very easy to drink and enjoy like water 😋It was a restaurant with good food and atmosphere that I forgot to take a picture 😚💗.

誤認娘
After drinking a lot of Shinshu sake in Nagano, the first drink back in Nagano was also a famous sake from Shinshu. The first sip was sweet, but still very dry. I had thought that Nagano would be known for Masumi or this one, but was surprised to see that it was not so popular when I looked at the ranking. But the color of the bottle and the label are cool and austere.

I bought it immediately because it was described as larger and more flavorful than Miyamanishiki, which I prefer!
The melon aroma starts with the suit, and soon you can taste the spiciness from the 16% alcohol content, but the freshness, strong umami, and a little acidity blend well together and make for a refreshing drink.
The melon aroma and the alcohol taste are again in the nose at the end.
