This is #Horimai Junmai Sake from #Takahashi Sake Brewery in Shiwa-gun, Iwate Prefecture, Japan. It has a rich rice flavor, sweet and sour, and is very delicious served cold. It is neither sweet nor spicy, but well balanced, and I have a feeling it will definitely be delicious heated up. Congratulations to HORIME on his gold medal in the skateboarding street at the Paris Olympics.

Iwate Prefecture Murasaki Horinoi (Takahashi Sake Brewery) I had it lukewarm. It is a mild and gentle tasting sake that is easy to drink! I would say it has no characteristics. I never get tired of it! I like orthodoxy! It was the kind of sake I would call "orthodox"!

Tonight's Auras The punchiest of the three, a dry Junmai sake. The master has created a nice balanced combination of light nigori, fruity, and dry! We apologize for being late for our reservation due to work! Thank you for your hospitality! I will come again! Master, I will get the information about the new arrival in a timely manner since you have started sake brewing! After leaving the restaurant, I went to the ramen shop I went to after the meeting to fill my stomach with miso-flavored tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen (🍜). extensive knowledge Rice used: Home-grown rice Toyonishiki Rice polishing ratio : 60 Alcohol content : 16 Sake degree : +3 Acidity :1.9 This sake is made from 100% home-produced rice, Toyonishiki. It is a sake that can only be made by Horinoi, which believes that "sake brewing starts with rice cultivation. It is soft to the taste and can be enjoyed at various temperatures.

Horimai Junmai Namae Genshu Toyonishiki 18%, 60%, 29BY 720 ml, 1300 yen range We ran into a nice liquor store in Yokohama Tsurumi in passing. Oh, they have a pretty good lineup of maniacs! I thought, "I'll start with this Hori-mai. The first sip is a sharp one. A little bit of freshness. A bit of freshness, and the taste of aged trout spreads in the mouth. The sweetness and bitterness are in conflict with each other. One thing to say about this wine, though it's in my favorite direction, is that it's a little messy. Even if the flavor is dominant, the popular sake has a balance within it. The Toyo Nishiki is a refreshing sake, and the No.9 yeast is a bit flamboyant, but the finish is even more dense.
