Iwate Prefecture Murasaki Horinoi (Takahashi Sake Brewery)
I had it lukewarm.
It is a mild and gentle tasting sake that is easy to drink!
I would say it has no characteristics.
I never get tired of it! I like orthodoxy!
It was the kind of sake I would call "orthodox"!
