The final drink of the Niigata tour. If you check carefully, you will see that I have completed the Sado Island's sake breweries on this trip! I should have done it. Rice polishing ratio 40 Alcohol content 16%. 100% Koshitanrei It is firm and dry with a full-bodied taste. Although it is alky, there is no unpleasant taste and it has a good sharpness😄. I enjoyed Niigata sake on this trip, but there are still many brands that I haven't tried yet, which is a shame 😢. The photo is of the Shinano River from the Bandai Bridge we crossed on our walk and the Bandai Bridge 🌉 on our way back to the hotel after a nice drink.

Good evening, Pinocchio 😃. Thank you for your comment 🙇. This was my first visit to Niigata City and the cityscape and the countryside of the Echigo Plain in the suburbs was amazing, and best of all, the rice🌾sake🍶fish🐟️ is delicious👍!

Hi Jay & Nobby 😃. Thank you 😄. We're adding Niigata sake to our cellar, so it's still going to get darker 😙.

It has a mild aroma and a light, dry taste with a sweet first impression. The sharpness makes it easy to drink and goes well with a variety of meals. One of my favorite breweries 🍶.

My wife bought this when we went on a trip to Sado Island. I was worried about how it would be because of the low price, but when I opened the bottle, it was fruity and very easy to drink, which I like (^^) I will enjoy drinking it slowly.

Like the normal Kintsuru, it is light and dry, with a slightly stronger acidity. Compared to the seasonal Fuwa no Nama, it is less gaseous and more subdued. We served squid and sea bream sashimi with kabosu soy sauce. Very good. Note: After a day after opening the bottle, it seemed to have become a little rounder.

Acquired through Furusato tax payment, limited label of Sado Ryotsu and Tsukamoto Shoten. Light and dry, with a little rice flavor, acidity and smoothness. It is as good as water. This time I had a glass with yakitori (grilled chicken). It was delicious!

The bottle was opened from a tax receipt from Furusato. It is smooth on the palate with a light dry taste. High performance as an everyday sake.

Rice used: Sado Island rice grown with less fertilizer, Gohyakumangoku Yeast used: Association 1501 Sake meter: +1.4 Rice polishing ratio: 60 Acidity: 2.1 Amino acidity: 1.1 Alcohol percentage: 15.7 Release date: June (once a year) ◆Storage: Refrigeration required It is said that this sake is stored and aged in a frozen container at -5 degrees Celsius to keep it fresh, and is sold only through the summer. I purchased four bottles of sake during my trip to Niigata. These were purchased at a liquor store on Sado Island and sent home via cool delivery. When I opened the bottle, the lid popped off with a pop. Expectations were high for the gaseous sensation. At first sip, I could feel the tightness. The taste is refreshing, but you can taste the sweetness of the rice, and there is also a moderate acidity and a nice sharpness! This is a taste I would like to repeat.

They all taste the same, even though we are comparing drinks. Even if there are some differences, the strains are too similar to be indescribable. I was not surprised by the difference in the alcohol. It's a selfish opinion, but it's a shame.
