Sado Sake! I came across this at my usual store. There is no "Kanetsuru" on the label, but it must be Kanetsuru.
It is a fresh and full-bodied sake with a slightly effervescent taste and the umami of the rice spreading out in a flash and then cutting off cleanly. It is delicious!
