Sake given to me by a friend. It has a sweet taste. It is elegant and wonderful. I put it in the fridge to hold back my desire to drink more, as I think it will taste even better if I let it sit for a little longer. I wonder what kind of snacks I should make to go with this sake.

A little too noticeably alcohol taste for me, which I expected to “blow off” but persisted. Was a bit rough, in my opinion, as a result.

Bought this in Okage Yokocho (おかげ横丁) outside of Ise Jingu Naiku. It was delicious and easy to drink - would go well with lots of foods.

#410 It is a sake from a sake brewery that has been in existence for about 300 years. It is a gift. It is a brand that is not often seen in Tokyo, so I wonder if it is a regional sake. It was a very tasty sake when cooled down.

Mie no Kanme A light, dry sake. It is quite light and not tiring to drink. It has a good sharpness and is very refreshing. The alcohol taste is not that strong and gentle. However, it is very drinkable. It is delicious.
