ねむち
The 8th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower ③.
Mie Prefecture's "Mie-no-Kanbai" booth.
Mie-no-Kanbai Summer Sake
A slightly punchy summer sake with a thicker taste than most summer sake, which is often refreshing and light.
Junmai Ginjyo Kamiho (Junmai Ginjo Kamiho)
It has a complex flavor, from umami and bitterness to miscellaneous flavors, and is a little dryer than other sake.
Mie-no-Kanbai Junmai Ginjo Dry
This sake won a gold medal at a hot sake heating contest. It can be served cold or hot. It is clear and has no sweetness, and although it is spicy, it is easy to drink.
It is drier than Kami no Ho, but I like it.
I asked him if he had a local brand called Ise Masamune and if it was available today. I asked him, and he was surprised and pleased that I knew.
