This is a limited edition for the Japanese Sake Festival. It has a strong umami flavor. Not summery, but that's good!
Junmai Ginjyo Kaminoho once-fired
Polishing ratio 60
Slightly floral and a little spicy.
Junmai Ginjo Dry
Polishing ratio 60% Yamadanishiki
It is dry but easier to drink than Kami no Ho. No sweetness at all.
I think Nemuchi and I were saying that the dry version is the best.
