I went to a drinking place I don't usually go to.
The atmosphere was unique and maybe not my favorite. There was a selection of draft sake that I didn't know about.
The name of the sake is Kumashine.
I have never heard of this sake rice called Nojoho.
It is heavy, but the depth allows you to taste it well.
It is a gutsy type of sake, but it is also good as a cold sake.
