Kantake" special junmai sake from Saku City, Nagano Prefecture
This is my first time drinking "Kantake", and when I think of "Kantake", all I can think of is Shinjo's review.
At first glance, it may seem like a standard sake, but it has an astringent flavor, a good evening drink, and is profoundly good.
While watching the recording of Kazuhiko Ota's program last week.
At a campsite in Hakuba, Shinshu, we had Genghis Khan, salted squid cucumbers, and a heated bottle of Hakuba Nishiki, a new brand of sake.
Good morning (¡Ω).
These old-fashioned local brews, which equal no sophistication, are surprisingly varied from region to region, which is interesting and to my liking!
Too bad it's not easy to buy...
I appreciate your response, as many of my posts are about unpopular sake!
I just remembered that you taught me about the Chikumagawa River video and I ordered it ( ・・・ω・´).
Has it been a year already?
It's almost the singing season!
Last week, Mr. Kazuhiko Ota sang a series of songs about Yokohama in the background music, and it was so hot that I think I will be inspired too!
Good evening, Mr. Shinjo 🌆.
Yes, it is unpolished and old-fashioned, but that's good, isn't it?
But that's good, isn't it?
This old-fashionedness is rare.
Good evening, Mr. Manachy 🌇.
Yes, it is.
This was also purchased at a capsule hotel in Kamata.
It is part of a series called "Rakurakuni Shinshu," and they had a complete line of Nagano sake in 1-gouze bottles.
Shinjou-san.
It's Hiroshi Itsuki Chikumagawa, the grand finale of Kohaku in 1997.
That was a great song.
That Kohaku was the last performance of Namie Amuro before her maternity leave, but it was Hiroshi Itsuki who sang the last song.
It has a faintly fragrant, sweet flavor, but it finishes crisply, just like a daiginjo. The moderate floral flavor does not interfere with meals. Delicious, highly recommended.
Sweet!!!
Strong alcohol aftertaste, but palatable 💮.
Unmai!
I wonder if it's handmade and tastes so different? The aftertaste is very alcoholic and "raw!" I thought.
I received this from my father's workplace, who is from Saku City.
It is neither sweet nor spicy, just tangy.
It has a strong alcohol taste, and it is hard to drink it little by little. To be honest, I didn't like it very much...
It went well with meat-based snacks. Room temperature◎This is my favorite food sake. It says, "Handmade in extreme cold. Saku is one of the coldest places in Nagano Prefecture, and it will be below minus 10 degrees tomorrow morning. I received this as a crowd funding to support Saku Sparkling. I had the pleasure of not knowing what the return gifts would bring, so I'm very pleased with my new acquaintance!
