Since we had come all the way to Shinshu, we finished the meal with soba.
I had "Dry" at Kame-no-Umi.
Not sweet and juicy, but dry.
It was my first time to drink this standard dry taste, but it is a nice, sharp taste that goes well with soba noodles.

Did you go to a sake brewery?
There are many sake breweries from Saku to Ueda,
Shinshu sake is a must.

We also stopped by the "Sake Shop Shimizuya" in Sakuhira!

Harry, I was quite excited about Shimizuya.
The store has a stylish atmosphere👍.
I only bought 2 bottles at Shimizuya because I was traveling solo, by train, and already bought 4 bottles at the Tsuchiya Brewery kiosk due to my lack of carrying capacity 😅
