First sip at room temperature. It has a sweetness in the back, but I personally don't like it because it tastes medicinal. I wondered how it would turn out when heated.
When heated up, it became a little easier to drink. But it still tastes medicinal. I don't mind the mouthfeel, but I don't like the aftertaste.

This is a little out of season, but I opened a bottle I had purchased on a trip to Nagano Prefecture in the spring and kept in my refrigerator. As the name suggests, it was a very refreshing and spring-like sake with a strong acidity.
KANCHIKU Special Junmai (Nagano, Chikumanishiki Shuzo)
Purchased at the souvenir corner at Sakuhira Station.
The aroma has a sweet nuance of rice malt with a hint of alcohol.
The mouthfeel is soft and mild, with umami and spiciness in the middle part of the mouth, but there is a little bit of a cloying taste.
The aftertaste is dry and heavy. The impression is classic and robust.
