(...) I would like to thank you all for your support this year.
We are determined to be even more diligent in the coming year, so please give us your guidance and encouragement!
The aftertaste is sharper and spicier than the regular Kanchiku Kanzukuri, but the basic taste is similar.
It is the best type to drink slowly.
Mr. Yama is a friend of my grandfather in my hometown, and I understand his information very well.
Today, the ratio of drinking at home is high in your postings, and there is a sense of the season.
It's very good!
(´,,-ω-,,´) Thank you, Mr. Yama!
Shinshu Ordinary National Sake is wonderful!
There are no sea gulls in Nagano, but Funaka is the best for warm sake!
The Sunterre has not changed at all!
In Amagasaki, the magic 143 is on!
I'm sorry too, Happy New Year!
It's not easy to be a big boss, but I'm hoping for a result within the next three years.
I would be very grateful if you could tell me more about Shinshu sake.
The aroma is very typical of ordinary sake, with some new woody flavors ✧*٩(ω・)و✧*.
It is a relief to smell the strong alcoholic normal sake aroma that leaks from the izakaya!
This one has less alcohol in it.
It's the type that has a soft mouthfeel and a rich taste.
However, there is a quality that you want in a pack or cup!
Even chilled, the flavor is quite clear and creamy.
If you warm it up, the flavor is strong, but it is also dusty and light.
The aftertaste slowly recedes with a light sweetness.
Oh, it's great!
This is the property that surprised me the most when I first went to an event called the Nagano Sake Messe!
At that time, it was Daiginjo class -> Seriously bad!
Ginjo class -> Yikes!
Junmai-shu and honjozo-shu→Amazing!
Ordinary sake -> Ordinary
I thought it was about the same, but now it's turned upside down!
But now it's all changed to "seriously bad"!
That's why it's my memorable sake!
I'll post this after listening to today's performer, Kaori Konishi, who is my nearest neighbor.
She's a real drinker too, isn't she?
Mr. Haruei Chichi, every time(๑°ㅁ°๑) ministry.
I have a feeling I'll fall asleep by the time the new year rolls around.
I'm having trouble making too much progress.
Please give my best to Rui-sensei!
This year is almost over, please enjoy drinking!
Have a good New Year!
Holy cheap and tasty Kanchiku(๑><๑)
I'm jealous of the people in Nagano, because I can't get it in liquor stores in my area.
The sweetness is a little clear, then there is a bitter dark chocolate ripe flavor, the core is thick and delicious, but the aftertaste is dry!
Rice shochu (especially Kuma shochu with a tough taste) lovers will be satisfied.
It doesn't seem to be suitable for seafood by itself, but it goes well with it.
It is good to warm up unexpectedly. It is recommended up to 30 degrees, but it is good even if it is hot.
Mr. Ohta also did a terrible skit, and it was a virtuous time!
I haven't been to Atami since I learned about sake, but it seems to be a place suitable for sake!
All the dried fish taverns seem to have good food too
I was so impressed by the dried ebodai in Numazu that I jumped up and down, so this restaurant has a lot of charm!
Mr. Haruei Chichi, every oh (◍´◡``).
I hadn't thought of the scourge. One zabuton!
If Mr. Star Ota can get a handsome pub owner to ask for his autograph, he can find a nice actress in no time!
Yama-san, Mr. Good morning (๑´ω`๑).
I bought a bottle of Kanchiku ordinary sake, it's really good and cheap, if I were local, I would definitely use it as my evening sake!
I love local information, so thank you!
Nagano has a lot of good regular sake other than Kanchiku, so I hope it will be available in all Japanese supermarkets!
I'll do my best as a coach from next year... but SHINJO will make All Japan exciting, so please help me!
I was going to order the Kanchiku at the end of the year because I was so impressed with the warmed dry ordinary sake, but a few days ago I was inspired by Hiratcho's post and ordered some things ahead of time. ((((
I'm sure you'll be pleased to know that I'm not the only one who's a fan of your work.
I'm sure the local sake is perfect while listening to Chikumagawa.
It has a light mouthfeel and a sweetness that is a little like wasanbon.
It's fragrant on the back of the tongue, and the sharpness is smooth.
When it's warmed up, it gradually becomes more astringent and spicy.
I took this picture because I happened to be in Nagano on a bus trip.
I want to go to a hot spring!
It's a great way to end the year.
I don't get to see much of Kohaku.
It's good that we can watch the past videos on youtube now!
I've thought about what kind of music goes well with sake, but enka and songs are the best!
There is no foreign music that goes well with sake.
After all, sake is meant to be drunk in conversation!
Every time (๑-๑)
It's not just Mr. Ota who's loose, but also Mr. Tachikawa who's pissed off sometimes.
I'm a random traveler, so I feel the same way about this show.
I'm sure you'll be happy to hear that.
It's fun to go to the liquor store, if you can buy it at the liquor store.
Good evening, Shinjo 🌾🍁.
You ordered it 👍😅.
A great song by Hiroshi Itsuki Chikumagawa🎤.
It's true that the best way to drink is to keep the music small and to talk about it.
Good evening ( ・・ω・´)
I'm going to order it next month, so I timed it well!
I'm so glad I found you!
It's good to be able to talk with people you don't know on the spot, even at a brewery opening!
I've had this before, Kanchiku.
They gave me a Daiginjo, so I had it.
The one I drank before was not the same, but it had an aged, classic taste, so I thought it would be the same this time, and it was.
I don't usually drink this type of sake, but it was heavy, so I paired it with Chinese food with cold sake, and it was good.
The second glass was heated.
I recently bought one that measures the temperature of liquids, so I put it at 45°C! The aroma spreads.
It's good to drink in cold weather.
Reasonable size of 180ml😋.
It's a good sake for drinking only.
Take it to a barbecue or camping
I think it would be fun to have an outdoor sake party! 👍
Well, it's hard to go outside 😂.
It has a fresh taste with a clean and refreshing flavor.
Series 3: I bought this in Nagano.
It seems to be the smallest sake brewery in Japan. Totsuka Sake Brewery's Kanchiku.
Like the Fukayama Zakura I bought with it, it has a classic, mellow taste with a mature feel.
It's not my favorite type of sake, but I think it's better warmed.
Of the series I bought in Nagano, Dai Shinshu was my favorite.
This is the first time for me to drink "Kanchiku". I think 500ml is the original. It's a reasonable amount. It is mellow and sweet, and has a gentle taste suitable for a weekday evening.
