Purchased at my favorite Nagano local supermarket. It has a robust sweetness and acidity, and I don't think it has much of a ginjo aroma. It's a nice marriage of sourness and acidity when paired with pickled nozawana 🎵.
I had it cold, but next time I would like to try it warmed in the fall or later.

I bought this sake as a souvenir for myself at the sake corner of the supermarket "Tsuruya" on the way back from a hot spring and ski tour.
Tonight is oden... so I decided to enjoy heated sake for the first time in a while 😋.
Before that, I tasted the cold sake (room temperature) 😅.
A crisp, dry sake with the umami of rice.
Then we tried it heated 🥰.
Hot sake: the sharpness faded a bit, the corners were removed and the sake became mellow.
