It was a light, slightly sweet, refreshing white wine, but instead of an oaky smell, it had a slight aroma of freshly ripened pine muscat, making it even easier to drink than white wine!

Rice used is Hachitan Nishiki There seems to be a project called the "Hiroshima Ichizoun na Junmai Sake" series, which includes "Momiji Manju", "Okonomiyaki", and "Oyster Fried Oyster", which are basically low-alcoholic beverages. This sake is a very low-alcohol sake with an alcohol content of 10 percent. The citric acid content is so strong that one wonders if this is sake. It has a taste like "is this sake? If someone told me it was a white wine, I would believe it. We have not paired it with oysters because they are not available yet, but it went well with grilled scallops with butter. ❣️ It was an interesting drink...

Trophies of Hiroshima trip. Original Yamatoya Sakepo. I bought this Junmai Daiginjo because it was served at the G7 Hiroshima Summit. I like the clean crispness from the beautiful pineapple flavor 🍍. I would like to visit the apartment at the original store.

Calm taste! Sweetness is strong and round! Spicy at the same time, with a lingering roundness and a calm spiciness! It is fluffy and fruity, but not at all assertive! I can't help but feel it's lacking 🤔. The sake shop recommended me to try the nama-shu, so I want to try the nama-shu next time!

On a trip to Hiroshima, I chose something that is not often seen outside of the prefecture for drinking at home. The brewery is located in the basement of a building in the city and is run by a single brewer and toji (master brewer), so the production is small and precious. The sake is made from Hiroshima rice and water. I have never had any other Horaizuru sake, so I cannot compare it to this one, but it is fruity and easy to drink.

In Hiroshima, the destination of my trip. Following lunch, the restaurant I was looking for was full and I couldn't get in at night 🫢. The restaurant I had guessed at was full every time 😭. But I found a very nice sake bar 🍸✨. Before this, I stopped by Yamatoya, a sake shop, and bought some Hiroshima sake, but they recommended a sake that they make originally from Yamatoya that they said was fruity, so I gave it a try. Lately, a lot of liquor stores are making original sake, but as expected, they are making delicious and easy to drink for everyone. ❗️ This one also has a soft sweet aroma 🐽 when you put your mouth to the glass. It was fresh and fresh and easy to drink. Yup, delicious✨
