This Horaizuru is made in Hakushima, Hiroshima City, where I used to live.
It is a special sake that is not sold on the market.
It was very tasty and everyone who drank it loved it!
Meeting drinks on the road.
I bought it on the way back from a visit to Itsukushima Shrine. They fill the bottles from the tank at the shop. What an exciting way to do it ❤️It was my kind of sake, a little sweet but with a sourness and a swooshiness.
I found Houraizuru's sake "Kanade" to be the best at the izakaya I visited for dinner last night. I didn't realize yesterday that the sake I was buying at the Haramoto store was from Horai Tsuru.
This trip to Hiroshima showed me that Horaitsu sake is my favorite.
I wonder which local sake I'll find next.
