I was scared by the sticker that said beware of opening the bottle, but it opened surprisingly easily 😅.
However, the aroma is gorgeous and very nice.
The first sip has a clean taste with no cloying flavors. Although it is 100% Omachi, I had the impression that I did not feel much umami. I was a bit surprised.
However, from the second day onward, the umami and acidity are well balanced and mixed together to create a delicious 🍶 It remains refreshing, so I was able to drink it in large gulps 😊.
I wonder if it would have been better if I had mixed a little from the beginning? I finished it with that in mind ✨

Aroma: Vinegar iso + lactic acid smell (slight yogurt)
Fine gasiness and surprisingly thick sweet and sour! (It's banana + yogurt just like the aroma!)
It's a summer sake, but it has a strong flavor, so it would be fun to drink it on the rocks. I'm sure it would be interesting on the rocks.
According to the clerk, this brand will be a national brand from now on, I'll buy it again when I see it again! 👍

A fire-aged version of the Tsubame-shibana that we drank before 🍶.
It was really delicious when I drank it raw 😋.
I bought a bottle of the fire-brewed one ♡♡.

Gorgeous ripe melon-like aroma 🍈.
It's fire-roasted but you can feel the freshness.
It tastes both sweet and spicy.
It has a good volume of umami and is very drinkable. ☺️

This one is the standard nigori sake in our house, Wakamusume's light nigori, but we chose a light nigori with a cute summer label instead of the usual subdued label😇.
