I knew about it but never drank it!
Hmmm! Juice!
Sake is there, but it's only 5% alcohol and it's almost a juice 🍺.
The fizz (not so much fizzy as slightly carbonated) and the moderate sweetness may be addictive.
By the way, today's entrée is a lovely sized hokke (hokke) that the cat (grated radish) is after 🐟.
Sake from a commercial that I wanted to drink irresistibly.
The smell of apple is easy to understand. The cross section of an apple is replayed in my brain.
Ehh..! Carbonated apple juice! The taste starts out with a voluptuous taste like grated apple, then it is apple-like, then sourness at the back, a little ricey, and then shrivels up to a refreshing taste.
No apples in it and no additives, even after looking at the ingredients many times. No sweetness, no bad taste.
I chose the room temperature version and was surprised at how good it tasted.
It smells like rice as the temperature rises. 5% has a strong flavor.
CRISP SPARKLING SAKE
Slightly sweet, weak aroma (dairy), weak attack, soft, long finish, simple, not as sweet as expected, but not sake but soda juice, sake
I drank Mio for the first time*.
I drank it because it was a sake recommended by my classmate who is a beer drinker.
It's sweet and juicy.
It was like a juice and I drank it in gulps 🥴.
It ran out quickly 🤣.
This sake has become so popular that it is now being advertised in commercials!
I found it on sale at a bargain price!
I will have it with a glass of Hana-Ryoe Usuhari!
After drinking it, I think it's no wonder it sells so well!
The sweetness, drinkability, and fizziness of this sake almost eliminate the sense of sake!
Whether that's a good thing or a bad thing is another matter...
I would recommend it to people who don't like sake!
It just feels a little more chemical than the Muji... like cosmetics.

It has been a long time since I have had this sake, but it is indescribably delicious with the sweetness of rice coming after the easy-drinking sweetness.
Thanks to this sake, my dislike of sake has been dispelled, and I am grateful that I am now able to enjoy many delicious sake.
I think there are many people like me who can learn to drink sake with sparkling sake like Mio.
The alcohol content is surprisingly low when you think about sake, so it is really a very good sake as an entry point.
I like to drink it with carpaccio and light appetizers.
