This time, it is Mio.
I received Mio and a cooled mug as a retirement gift the other day, and since I was able to pass this year's Sakediploma, I opened the bottle with full of enthusiasm.
I'm worried that I'm looking at the wrong number 💦.
The aroma is sweet with a hint of rice.
It has a juicy flavor with bubbles popping like a sparkling sake.
The sweetness of the koji is mixed with apple-like sweet and sourness and carbonation, making it juicy yet refreshing, with a lingering yogurt-like aftertaste.
It is a very easy-drinking sake with 5% alcohol while retaining the sake-like character.
I am grateful to have met so many people through this examination, and I am also grateful to my family for all the trouble they have caused me.
