Jyuemon" by Toshimaya Shuzo, well-known for Yamori... it's a stone's throw away! Nakadori unfiltered raw sake, fresh and crisp... Hachitan-nishiki has a nice aroma... my favorite fruity flavor... and the mouthfeel... a good bitterness of sweetness and bitterness, followed by the sharpness of Hachitan-nishiki! It does not disappoint! I'm sure many people prefer this to Yamoru... I'm sipping it while grilling oysters... yummy!

Another brand of YAMAMORI Purchased at a supermarket near my house. It is a Hachitan-Nishiki, a specialty of Teshimaya, and the taste is almost the same as Yamori's. The aroma is fruity and melon-like. The base is sweet and delicious, but after drinking it, it may seem drier than Yamori's Hachitan-nishiki. Umai 👍👍 The best match this time was sauteed sea bream with butter. It goes better with something with a strong flavor 😋😋. Yamori is my favorite brand, but I think I even like this one more than Yamori❗❗❗ Next time I buy it, I'd like to open the bottle at the same time as YAMORI and compare them properly 😆😆.

When poured into a sake cup, it is slightly cloudy. When you put it in your mouth, it is light and dry. It has a slight chilli taste. It is easy to drink, although there is a sense of alcohol. It is easy to drink. I feel that I can look forward to the next day and beyond. This sake has a ratio of 55% (koji rice) and 60% (kake rice), and the alcohol content is under 18 degrees. The rice is only known to be 100% domestic rice. As the day goes on, the light dry taste remains the same, but you can feel the sweetness in front of your throat. And before you know it, you are drunk. It is so easy to drink that I think "18 degrees? I wonder if it's true..." but it makes you lightly intoxicated without drinking too much. It is easy to match with any dishes.

Crisp rice flavor at first bite. A bit peachy and fruity. Slight body on the palate, richness of koji. The soy sauce is an excellent hit with the sweet and spicy beef stew. I like this restaurant because the box is spacious and you can drink calmly on New Year's Day and holidays. Ueno Sake Tei Juraku

6/10 Juemon is one of the brands of Toshimaya Sake Brewery. I wonder if it is one of the golden wedding brands. This sake is orikarami, which is a fresh sake. I had an image that Kinwedding had a rather classic taste, but this one is easy to drink and has a modern feel. It has an apple-like acidity, but it is also dry.

A local version of our famous local sake, Juemon Junmai Unfiltered Unrefined Genshu. It was at the bottom of the bottle, with a little less than 2 gou left, so it was at a good ripeness. The aroma is fruity, as strong and clear as Yamori's. The flavor is firm, with a hint of umami. It has a strong umami, a slight acidity, and a lingering astringent taste. It is an easy-drinking sake.
