Slightly carbonated with a sweet taste. This is good. Best on such a hot day! (Mountain Climb + 10 km Chojabaru Run)
A refreshing sparkling Daiginjo.
One I bought when I went to Ikaho.
My father-in-law and mother-in-law were not able to make it due to health problems.
**....
Slightly floral
A little bit of floral aroma.
a little bit

The label reads "Kantou no Hana" in hiragana. And it is made of cloth. Unusual 😳
The color is transparent.
Almost no scent.
There is a little carbonation, as is typical of nama-shu. It is not very mild on the palate.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the acidity. It is not too strong. It is refreshing without a hint of sweetness.
There is an astringency in the aftertaste, but it leaves a juicy and delicious taste.
The acidity and umami are the main ingredients in this refreshing sake.
It is exquisitely delicious with a dark but not unctuous fruitiness.
It is also fresh, with a good acidity that leads to a lingering finish.

This one, too, is hiragana.
I had had a saint and had no idea it was one of ours until I got home and looked at it.
This is another first time challenge.
It's been a while since I've had a first one so I'm glad I could post it. Well, let's have a nightcap.
Gorgeous fruity aroma, full of sweetness and rice flavors, smooth acidity.
Overall rich, with a three-dimensional and layered mouthfeel, a soft finish, and just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, this is a wine that can be enjoyed on its own or with a meal.
Junmai Daiginjo made from Gunma, maybe Hitomebore
The aroma is apple-like and fruity.
The aroma is not too bright, but just right.
The taste is quite sweet at first, but from the middle stage, the acidity becomes more pronounced and the aftertaste is refreshing and easy to drink.
A normal tasty sake.
Junmai Daiginjo with 5% alcohol by volume and a Sake Brewer's Degree of -102. Appears to no longer be a research brew.
It has a faintly refreshing aroma. In the mouth, the rich sweetness and mellow acidity spread like 100% fruit juice, and the slight sizzling sensation makes you feel luxurious.
It is a sake suitable for dessert. I drank it with my first glass, but it can be paired with any dish that has a robust flavor.
It is a blend of Hitomebore from Gunma Prefecture (yeast 1801) and Watanabune from Shiga Prefecture (yeast M-310).
(yeast M-310) from Shiga Prefecture.
It is mild on the palate, and the umami comes through softly.
As the temperature rises, it becomes a little spicy, so it is easy to drink and delicious when it is cold.
I remember buying a jar at a roadside station a long time ago and it was delicious, so I bought it again. At that time, it was a blue bottle with cuts all over it.
Since I was on a trip to Gunma, I thought I'd like to have one from a Gunma brewery, too.
Not too sweet, not too spicy. Is it more on the spicy side?
We bought it at Sarugakyo Ichimasuya. It is a good liquor store!
This is the first time I have seen clear bottles in Kanto no Hana.
This is also the first time I have seen a label that is not made of raised material.
You can't go wrong with any of these brands.
It has a sweetness or a full-bodied flavor. I can drink it forever.
I love it as well as skunk cabbage.
