ジョナジョナ
Junmai Daiginjo with 5% alcohol by volume and a Sake Brewer's Degree of -102. Appears to no longer be a research brew.
It has a faintly refreshing aroma. In the mouth, the rich sweetness and mellow acidity spread like 100% fruit juice, and the slight sizzling sensation makes you feel luxurious.
It is a sake suitable for dessert. I drank it with my first glass, but it can be paired with any dish that has a robust flavor.
