Koshinohappoho Echigo Hiyoroshi Matured Kura-OI Junmai Sake Checking in at the 83rd brewery in Niigata. Echigo Shuzo Brewery is one of two breweries located in Kita-ku, Niigata City. The other is DHC Brewery. The locations of the two breweries are very close to each other. The Echigo Sake Brewery is a genuine low-temperature environment handmade brewery that is particular about rice, water, people, and the climate. This is their matured hiyaoroshi. Gentle aroma and soft mouthfeel. Soft and gentle taste in the mouth The taste is calm with a gentle astringent taste. It flows gently. It has a dry, umami taste with a slight lingering aftertaste.
