Doburoku is not to be underestimated even when it is alsoderated.
So I bought some doburoku from the famous Watanabe Shuzo, and it seems that dark nigori sake is accurate.
Color: pure white
Aroma →Doburoku-like.

It is so easy to drink that it is hard to believe it has 17% alcohol.
