I tasted this bottle in Niigata and enjoyed it. I let it sit for a while and drank it again yesterday. It was quite different from the impression I had in Niigata. I had an image of it being more fruity and juicy, but when I actually drank it, it was light and dry. It is a good sake for a mealtime drink. I would like to see how the taste changes after a few days.

Koshino-Shiratori Junmai-shu Limited Dry Nama-shu 18% 70%, 1800ml, 2750 yen Purchased at a liquor store in Kamata. It is from the "Yamama" brewery. It is said to be freshly squeezed sake.
