This was served at the Joetsu Kenshin Sake Festival last October.
Yamama is limited to special dealers, so it seems that it cannot be sold at the event. This sake was sold for 2,000 yen, I believe, at the venue only.
This sake is aged for 2 years in 2021. Pouring it into a bowl, you can see that it is quite colored. There is no scent of old sake at all, and if you are not told, you would not know it is an aged sake.
Sake that originally has a sense of body is suitable for aging, isn't it? It is a round, glossy, and delicious sake. ✌️
