Purchased by a clerk's introduction🤗 I wonder what it tastes like. It has a strong aroma that escapes through the nose. Maybe a little too strong for Merio. It tastes a little spicy and sharp. 👍✨ I would have liked it if the aroma was reduced. But it was empty in 2 days. I really appreciate the recommendations of the waitresses. I'm grateful to know various kinds of sake. 🥹✨

I had some the day before yesterday and am enjoying the rest. This is really good. I enjoy it purely on sake alone, without any accompaniments. It is a little dry, but not so strong that it gets stuck in the tongue and throat, making it too easy to drink.

Sake I had on March 9, 2016 at Sake An Gin no Oup in Takadanobaba (closed April 24, 2022). It was a restaurant I stopped by with a friend on the way home from a destination, but they had good sake. I wonder if it was partly due to the influence of Corona.... Too bad.

10/21 Off-line meeting report still to come 😁. 3 Sake Comparison Set #4-1 Togakushi Junmai Ginjo Akiagari 100% Yamae-Nishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture This is a sake made from Nagano Prefecture's sake rice, famous for Shinshu Kamerei and Gokotsuru ❗️. That alone is enough to get me excited⤴️⤴️⤴️⤴️. Let's see what we've got. It has a ripe sweet fruit aroma like banana🍌! Sweet and fruity on the palate. The bitterness that comes late is also very present. And the sharpness is also excellent👍 Shinshu sake, as expected 🤗.

Good evening, MAJ! I don't remember seeing it at liquor stores in Fukuoka either 😅 I think it would be quicker to drink at Takasan 😁. Gokotsuru is available at T Sake Shop in Yahatanishi-ku 👍.

Togakushi Junmai Ginjyo Nama Zume (1st) It is quite refreshing and seems to go well with sashimi. It's a little short for me, but it's hard to find in Tokyo and the cosmetics are great (under 1500 yen for 720ml). Togakushi Junmai Ginjo (2nd page) This sake has a sweeter taste than "Togakushi Junmai Ginjo Namazume" and is my favorite (modern) sake. Probably because it is fresh and juicy due to the fact that it is not fire-aged.
