It has a fresh aroma and sweetness that precedes the taste, but it is crisp and dry. This is my first time drinking this brand, but it is very tasty with a beautiful flavor.

Togakushi Junmai Ginjo made with Yamae Nishiki.
This is the raw sake.
This is my first time drinking Togakushi, but it gives the impression of a fresh and well-balanced sake.
It has a strong aroma, but is a very crisp sake that is very easy to drink as a food sake.
I guess the non-nama sake is a bit lighter.
I would like to try that one if I see it.

It's very clean and refreshing and easy to drink anyway.
I like to drink it on its own, but it also goes well with marinades, with flatfish sashimi, and with anything else that is refreshing. 🙆♀️
