This is the raw sake.
This is my first time drinking Togakushi, but it gives the impression of a fresh and well-balanced sake.
It has a strong aroma, but is a very crisp sake that is very easy to drink as a food sake.
I guess the non-nama sake is a bit lighter.
I would like to try that one if I see it.

It's very clean and refreshing and easy to drink anyway.
I like to drink it on its own, but it also goes well with marinades, with flatfish sashimi, and with anything else that is refreshing. 🙆♀️

I had some the day before yesterday and am enjoying the rest.
This is really good. I enjoy it purely on sake alone, without any accompaniments. It is a little dry, but not so strong that it gets stuck in the tongue and throat, making it too easy to drink.
Sake I had on March 9, 2016 at Sake An Gin no Oup in Takadanobaba (closed April 24, 2022). It was a restaurant I stopped by with a friend on the way home from a destination, but they had good sake. I wonder if it was partly due to the influence of Corona.... Too bad.

This is a sake made from Nagano Prefecture's sake rice, famous for Shinshu Kamerei and Gokotsuru ❗️.
