I have had a little Mutsu Hassen, but Mutsu Otokoyama is completely new to me! A while ago, I had the impression that Mutsu Hassen lost all its flavor after the second day, but recently it has been able to keep its flavor quite well. What do you think of Mutsu Otokoyama? The aroma is a botanical scent similar to that of grass or earth, but only slightly. But when you take a sip, you will be surprised! It has a gorgeous capsule-like aroma similar to that of Mutsu Hassen! I don't think I've ever experienced such an aroma with such a strong standing aroma! The taste is definitely less sweet, but has a good umami. The taste is certainly not too sweet, but it has a good umami flavor, and yet it has a gorgeous overtone. It is dry, but popular, like a "Sanjyo," "EXILE," or "Ishihara Gundan"? Something like that. I don't know if the aroma has calmed down or if the taste has mellowed, but it is easier to drink and tastes even better from the second day! It's definitely dry, this one! It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a sharp dry taste! This is the kind of delicious sake that goes down so smoothly that you find yourself drinking it all up.

Sweet and dry drink comparison 🍶✨✨✨. I went to Urahasen last year. This year I'm going to Uraotosan😁😁. Dry and refreshing It is a good place to enjoy a meal. Personally Urahasen for sake alone 🍶. For pairing, I'd go for Ura Otokoyama I guess 😊🍶🍶.

ulterior motive What is super spicy? Easy to drink with just the right amount of sourness and piquancy🤣. This is so good and highly recommended 😋. Bling-Bang-Bang-Born by Creepy Nuts came on. I thought "I don't know this song" when it came on, I thought "I don't know this song" and was surprised when the kids started singing it 🤣. I wonder where kids get their knowledge 🤣. I wonder where kids get it from 🤣 You should definitely listen to it on YouTube or something 🎧. Uncle can't hear the lyrics🤣.

Koji rice: Hanabukiyuki Kake rice: Mashigura The color is almost transparent. The aroma has a slight sweetness. In the mouth, there is a very slight carbonation, but once the crackling subsides, it is mellow and has no corners, as is typical of nama-zake. There is a slight sourness and a hint of banana-like sweetness. As you savor it slowly, the umami gradually spreads. The umami flavor is even more pronounced because it comes from a refreshingly light source. It was a sake that allowed me to enjoy its umami.
