I have had a little Mutsu Hassen, but Mutsu Otokoyama is completely new to me! A while ago, I had the impression that Mutsu Hassen lost all its flavor after the second day, but recently it has been able to keep its flavor quite well. What do you think of Mutsu Otokoyama? The aroma is a botanical scent similar to that of grass or earth, but only slightly. But when you take a sip, you will be surprised! It has a gorgeous capsule-like aroma similar to that of Mutsu Hassen! I don't think I've ever experienced such an aroma with such a strong standing aroma! The taste is definitely less sweet, but has a good umami. The taste is certainly not too sweet, but it has a good umami flavor, and yet it has a gorgeous overtone. It is dry, but popular, like a "Sanjyo," "EXILE," or "Ishihara Gundan"? Something like that. I don't know if the aroma has calmed down or if the taste has mellowed, but it is easier to drink and tastes even better from the second day! It's definitely dry, this one! It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a sharp dry taste! This is the kind of delicious sake that goes down so smoothly that you find yourself drinking it all up.

Sweet and dry drink comparison 🍶✨✨✨. I went to Urahasen last year. This year I'm going to Uraotosan😁😁. Dry and refreshing It is a good place to enjoy a meal. Personally Urahasen for sake alone 🍶. For pairing, I'd go for Ura Otokoyama I guess 😊🍶🍶.

It's spicy, but the taste is refreshing. I stopped by the supermarket and found this was all they had left for the overnight stay in the car for snowboarding. But it was good.

This is the new Mutsu Otokoyama sake🍶. I think it has been since I tasted it when I visited the brewery the year before last. The first aroma is slightly fruity and sweet. In the mouth, it has a refreshing acidity and a slightly full-bodied sweet umami flavor. The one I tasted was a traditional sharp Aomori sake, but compared to that, it's not classic at all 🙄. The only thing classic about it is the label 😂. Oh well, it tastes good 🍶😉.

☀️ Slightly carbonated🫧. The moderate sweetness is like pear🍐. I paired it with albacore tempura and it had a fresh cleanness that was not overpowered by the oil🤩.

It's cool and refreshing, like makwawari, cotton candy, and a bit of melting tulara. This is for women who like wine 🍾 The entrée is potato salad with salmon, salmon roe, and a few salmon roe. Product Description Mutsu Otokoyama" has long been a favorite brand of the local people. It has a subtle aroma of banana and melon, and a fresh flavor and sweetness that spreads in the mouth, with a clean acidity and a cool aftertaste. Nama-shu is more aromatic and has more than enough umami to spread in the mouth. Serve chilled or at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Some sweet fruit aroma Less sweetness, more dryness. But it also has a great umami flavor. It has a sharp taste with no unpleasant or cloying aftertaste. It is very clear and modern without any alcohol smell. I thought this would go well with summer rice. I drank it at the beginning of winter, thinking it would go well with rice in summer. I want sashimi or yakitori!
