It's different from the usual Koshi: ⁉︎
As the label says, it's bananas, juicy and delicious!
Be careful if you expect apple, you might be surprised!
Even at 14%, it's still strong enough to be a great drink!
This sake was created with the image of Tanabata Festival. It has a fruity and fresh taste. The aroma and taste of rice can also be fully appreciated. Slightly bitter aftertaste. It went well with fruit cream cheese.
A super-cosy bottle that can be bought on a whim at a roadside station.
It can be carried at room temperature and costs less than 2,000 yen. And most importantly, it has a taste that is right up my alley.
The aroma is slightly fruity and the mouthfeel is sharp. The tangy stimulation is pleasant, with a strong flavor and a light bitterness in the middle.
The aftertaste is smoothly cut and well balanced, making it easy to pair with meals.
I bought it as a gift for a distant relative, but I also bought a bottle for home and enjoyed it cold.
My wife and I quickly emptied a four-pack of it together with seasonal sea bream sashimi (laugh).
I highly recommend this sake for both everyday drinking and as a gift.

→ Highly satisfying in terms of both cost and taste. It has a perfect balance of sharpness and umami, and is a candidate for a regular sake.
I was nervous to drink this sake because it was called "very dry," but it tasted like a refreshing summer sake with a touch of sweetness in the bitterness.
The taste matches the refreshing package.

It was the first time I went to this restaurant in Yushima. The inside, the owner, and the customers were geeks and interesting. I would like to go back. The sake is only available in four-pack bottles, and the customers are also sake otaku. The customers are also sake otaku, and the otaku are afraid to be contacted by the owner, starting with "the result of a careful drawing of lots.
The hoshiai was fruity and tasted like Koshi. It was delicious. The label was said to have a strip of paper on it.
The brewery was ordered to offer sake to nearby temples and shrines, and the sake was named after the 12th head of the family, who was born in the year of Koshi.
