When you put it in your mouth, it has a fruity and gaseous taste. It is said to be sweet, but it is not smooth and has a clean aftertaste. The finish is clean with a touch of alcohol.
Cantaloupe, cinnamon, and cinnamon.
The cantaloupe flavor continues to spread in the mouth, while the rice flavor slowly emerges in the finish.

The sea urchin was excellent for drinking in the Kanto region, so I ordered it.
It was neither sticky nor bitter, but a bit rich. The flavor has a hint of peachy sweetness and a little fresher than peach.
I thought it was a little under-chilled as it seemed to be over 15 degrees Celsius, but I was surprised that it was ok because it followed the beer.
I opened a bottle of Raikou, which I bought before it was sold out!
Fresh! Unfiltered and raw!
It's gorgeous and gassy!
I love this sake.

The fresh and refreshing taste of malic acid is perfect for this hot season 🍎 Malic acid is also found in many white wines! The petit gasiness and the acidity make it refreshing and moderately sweet, and it is easy to drink.
This is my first time drinking it. It is very hot, but it feels moderately spicy. The aroma goes in and out, and the inside of my mouth feels a little chilly. I like this type.
I was drinking Yokoyama and the guy next to me suggested that I drink Koshi.
I was drinking a bottle of Yokoyama and the person next to me recommended that I should try Koshi.
It's delicious.
But the balance of sweetness and lactic acidity
I think I prefer Yokoyama.
Although it is modest in its assertiveness, it has a sense of umami that rides firmly on the tongue, giving the impression of being an ideal food wine.
Served with chilled tofu with pickled celery, ganmono dumplings, and pickled squid
Koko's unfiltered, directly pumped
Slightly gassy and bitter 😌.
Koshi's typical taste 🍶.
Koshi will be at my usual liquor store tomorrow 😊.
Unfortunately I won't be able to sample the sake, but I'd love to buy some 💕.
