Izakaya in Ichikawa (2) The father's funny stories made us excited 🤣and the drinks went down 🤗. The third drink at Izakaya was "Konchikichin", which I had never seen before, and I was curious about the name, so I ordered it! I googled "Konchikichin" and found out that it is a musical accompaniment to the Gion Festival, and this music is a symbol of the festival. I see that it is a Kyoto sake 😄. I thought it would be light and sweet on the palate, but it turned out to be dry and smooth in the second half. It's a light and sweet sake, but the second half is dry and refreshing 😋. It's a light bottle that makes you feel as if you can hear the sound of the music ♬Konchikichin♬Konchikichin ♬Konchikichin ♬Konchikichin ♬Konchikichin ♬Konchikichin ♬Konchikichin ♬Konchikichin ♬Konchikichin And the fourth and last cup is Kirakucho Junmai Ginjo Sanpo-yoshi ‼️ It's a Shiga sake with a good name, "Joy is Fun and Long", isn't it? Furthermore, "Sanpo-yoshi" means "good for the buyer, good for the seller, and good for the world" in the business spirit of the Omi merchants! It is a good sake to enjoy during dinner with its fresh flavor and acidity, which is also refreshing 😋. My father is waiting for me at home in bed 😊, so this is about as much as I could finish! For us, it was just the right amount, not enough to drink 😁. On the other hand, my sister, who doesn't usually drink much, came home staggered, saying she was drunk. I hope it was a bit of a distraction 😊.
