Next is Princess Kyo
One from a rare department that didn't join us a while ago!
The top-tasting aroma is a munchy ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel is moderately sweet with a delicious umami flavor. The bottle was procured at a mass retailer. The aroma of koji is a little strong, but it is quite nice!
Please don't abuse me.
〜The pleasure of sharing in the laughter of others...

It is said that the name "Aoi Matsuri" comes from the fact that people involved in the Kamo Matsuri, one of the three major festivals in Kyoto, decorate a twig of Katsura with a Futaba-Afuhi (hollyhock).
The Futaba hollyhock is on the label!
It was a delicious sake full of rice flavor.
