The second sake at an Italian restaurant in Akihabara with a customer was Black Imadaiji!
I've had Imadaiji before, but this was my first time to drink black sake!
From the appearance of the black sake and the word "Dai-harakuchi" (very dry), I thought..,
It's clear and dry? It's a bit dry, but it also has a bit of sweetness?
It's softer than I expected (or imagined).
I'm still not in my right mind and there is a possibility that my taste buds are not right 🤣.

The first sip has a fruity, fresh, green-apple-like aroma. It has a full-bodied sweetness, but the aftertaste is clean and balanced with a good balance of acidity, without the sweetness that is often associated with draft sake.
It is a slightly dry sake that retains the characteristic nuances of Niigata sake🍶 with a firm rice flavor, and is very good as a mid-meal sake. 🙆🏻
Incidentally, I actually visited this brewery and bought this after touring the brewery. It seems that a new filtration system was introduced last year, which seems to have contributed to the refreshing taste.

When the label says “Extra Dry”, it’s not joking. Very Chablis-like, with mineral notes and long finish. Also nice the release date is “25.10” which is my birthdate.

The aftertaste is dry while the flavor is quite firm. It has a tingling alcohol taste with a noticeable youthfulness. Seems to go well with curry.
