Now, Tsukasa: ❗️ This is my first time to try Imadaiji. This is a very versatile sake. It has a dry taste that goes well with anything as a food sake, Plus it has a freshness to it ✨. Last month, I bought some Niigata sake at the Abeno Harukas main store of Kintetsu Department Store, where there was a sake event! I had never had a chance to drink sake before. I heard in a timely manner that the brewer visited a sake bar owned by an acquaintance of mine, so I bought it! Cold sake Slightly yellow in color. Floral, dense, mineral aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth and smooth. Refreshing, with a clean aftertaste accompanied by umami and acidity.

This is Junmai Daiginjo made in wooden vats! To be honest, I couldn't feel such a clear difference. I guess my tongue got stupid after drinking it first. It just had a nice sharpness and lightness with a slightly stronger sweetness.

First time to visit this restaurant. Japanese Sake Bar KURA I was curious about the bottles in the refrigerator. It was dry and tasty! I like that it's not just dry. ⚪︎Tai sashimi recommended for the day with nihaizu and ume plum paste
