This year's first summer sake is Imayoshi's Fu-ring. Attracted by the cool, summery label, I purchased it at a somewhat particular food supermarket that I sometimes visit.
It has a refreshing, rummy taste. It goes well with a wide range of dishes, from Western-style home-style dishes to junky snacks such as Bonchi's deep-fried senchi.
Tonight I am serving oven-baked chicken thighs with soy sauce, garlic, and olive oil. I'm going to pair it with a butter sauce, but of course it goes well with it. ❣️
Cold sake is good, but also delicious on the rocks: ‼️
Summer sake season has begun in earnest 🎐.
According to the Imayoji HP, it is also recommended to mix 1:1 with carbonated water and squeeze lemon. I'll try it tomorrow😄.

I have the impression that it is refreshingly sweet.

It is good with all of them.
I thought it would be good with sashimi as well.
