Now, Tsukasa: ❗️ This is my first time to try Imadaiji. This is a very versatile sake. It has a dry taste that goes well with anything as a food sake, Plus it has a freshness to it ✨. I don't know of any classic sake, I don't know about the classic sake, but if I see it again, I'll buy it in a heartbeat 😋.

This sake was bought during a sake brewery tour. It is soft on the palate but crisp and refreshingly dry. I thought it was a sake that goes well with all kinds of food.

☀️ I arrived the day before and had time to book a brewery tour 😁. This is Imadaiji Sake Brewery. The most impressive part of the tour was how much brown rice is used to make a four-pack of sake❓. (3rd picture) It was very easy to understand as it was represented in the same bottle 😳I never knew that it takes more than one 4-gou bottle of brown rice to make a high grade sake ❗️ I'll be punished if I don't drink it with care 🤗. Well, the tour was over and I bought a bottle on the way home 🍾. It has a sweetness that is not cloyingly walnut-y, and the mouthfeel is clean 😙. However, for a junmai daiginjo, it still has an alcoholic taste. I thought this might be suitable for warming sake, but I didn't have any warming tools in my travel luggage...too bad 🤣. I left it at room temperature and it was drinkable, so that's a good thing 👉😆.
