It seems that the toji has changed and the variety of sake has increased. It is fresh, crisp, and delicious with great flavor. Omachi 55%alc.16-17 degrees
The color is yellowish. The aroma is fresh, with a hint of graininess and acidity.
It is refreshing in the mouth and has a slightly spicy and light taste with a hint of melon, and a pleasant bitterness spreads in the mouth at the end. It has a different taste from the sweet and savory type 😁.
It is a sake that makes me imagine how good it would be to drink it while enjoying the cool of the evening on the porch in summer 🎇.
With snap peas with bonito-flavored bonito. The crunchy texture of the snap peas and the flavor of bonito flakes go well together with the freshness of the sake. I think it's very delicious 😋.

Okayama's Yumachi, Triple Crown. Old style label is cool. Is it dry? It is clear, easy to drink and doesn't interfere with food. It's more like good water than sake, and you can drink it forever. Probably the first sake from Okayama since I started Sake-no-wa. I'm not trying to conquer the whole country, but I'm happy when a new prefecture fills in.
Participated in the "Chidoriashi" event for Okayama local sake. This event allows visitors to enjoy snacks from restaurants around Okayama Station and Okayama local sake at each restaurant.
The sake we received had a sour taste from the first taste, which went well with the croquettes.
