It has been a while since I have had sake at home today. It is Niyodo Blue brewed by Niyodo River in Kochi Prefecture.
The other day I went to Kochi on a trip by myself.
I started the pilgrimage as a sightseeing trip, but it turned out to be more than just a sightseeing trip, so I sacrificed a lot of food to complete it.
I really wanted to enjoy sake and other things more while I was there, but I tend to sacrifice food every year when I go away, so I guess in a way it was my own kind of trip.
This sake was purchased at the supermarket the night before the last day of the trip. I thought it had a refreshing taste, but when I drank it again today, I was a little surprised to find that it was even more refreshing than I remembered. It was delicious.
