It's been a while. I was a little surprised when I looked at your last post, which was over a year ago. It's been more than a year since I posted anything, and a lot has happened.... For the time being, I am doing well. My life has changed a bit, and I drink a lot less sake, but I am enjoying the opportunities that come my way. This time, it was a drink after the funeral of my grandmother who passed away the other day. I went shopping because I wanted to drink a sweet sake, but instead I wanted to drink sake with some sujiko I found at the supermarket, and after much deliberation, I bought a one-cup Ozeki and some local sake. The musuko did not smell fishy at all. The one-cup Ozeki went perfectly with it. I went shopping while on the phone with my sister, but when I returned to my parents' house to have a drink, she called me drunk. She hung up the phone saying she had heard from a game friend, but I guess she must have missed me. I, too, have been in a flurry of activities since my grandmother passed away, and after the event, I felt as if there was a hole in my heart. I am spending the night in a daze, wondering if this is what it means to remember the deceased.

It has been a long time. It has been a while since I have had sake at home today. It is Niyodo Blue brewed by Niyodo River in Kochi Prefecture. The other day I went to Kochi on a trip by myself. I started the pilgrimage as a sightseeing trip, but it turned out to be more than just a sightseeing trip, so I sacrificed a lot of food to complete it. I really wanted to enjoy sake and other things more while I was there, but I tend to sacrifice food every year when I go away, so I guess in a way it was my own kind of trip. This sake was purchased at the supermarket the night before the last day of the trip. I thought it had a refreshing taste, but when I drank it again today, I was a little surprised to find that it was even more refreshing than I remembered. It was delicious.

I have been very busy in my private and public life, and I realized that I have not had a drink for more than a month.... In fact, I moved more than a month ago, but I have not even unpacked my belongings yet. Most of the drinking parties at work are for beer and cocktails, and even if I occasionally have a drink at home, it is difficult to drink sake when I think about the next day and beyond.... So, this was my first time drinking sake in a really long time. It was delicious.... I found this sake at a liquor store where I went for business. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to drink a whole bottle, but it was no problem at all.

I have not been able to drink for a while due to a sudden workload.... Today is the birthday party of the junior member of the meal. I will add more later. Additions: ✍️ Yesterday's post, such a short one, was a typo.... Oh well, some days are like that. Last night, a birthday party for a junior colleague of mine was held at the home of a good friend of mine at work. My wine-loving friend was going to serve a home-cooked meal, so I prepared a dish that would go well with my friend's food. I prepared a dish to go with my friend's food. This is a sake that tastes like white wine. I learned about it last summer from a woman at a nearby sake brewery, and as the name suggests, it goes well with seafood dishes. It is also very special if you cool it down in the refrigerator. It is sweet like a fruit, and even those who do not like sake can easily drink it. It is a dangerous sake that even those who are not very strong drinkers can drink it with gusto. I would like to repeat this drink again in the summer.

This sake is said to have been given to me as a gift in return for an incense offering. It has a mild mouthfeel and a mild sweetness. It is delicious. As I have come to enjoy packaged sake and cups of sake, I have come to drink many kinds of sake, and I think again that sake is a sweet sake. It is probably the sweetness of the rice. It reminds me of a former colleague of mine who usually refrains from drinking Japanese sake because it raises his blood sugar level. I haven't seen him for a while, but I wonder how he is. Sake, 65% polished rice ratio, 15% alcohol

Collaboration with beams...? I wondered why I picked up this product. I looked it up and found that the first product was sold in February last year, with the aim of familiarizing young people who do not drink sake. It is a unique collaboration. It is slightly dry and light. It is easy to drink with a strong sweetness. Indeed, it is a taste that even people who do not usually drink sake can easily accept. It seems that beams is developing goods featuring the illustrator of the package. Interesting. Daiginjo 18-19 degrees

I bought this item because of its cute packaging. This time, I chilled it in the refrigerator before serving. It is a sake like a cocktail. Even my mother, who does not usually drink sake, enjoyed it. Unblended sake, 8 degrees Celsius

It's a one of a kind cup of sake: !!!! I saw it in the supermarket and immediately picked it up. This is my favorite sake. My grandfather used to drink it, but it wasn't until a while after I became able to drink that I first tasted it myself. It may not be "super classy," but it is definitely delicious both warmed and chilled, and is a very good sake. I've had many different kinds of sake, but I think this one is the strongest as an everyday sake because it "tastes great in general" no matter how you drink it. Ahhhhhh, one good sake.... But, you are a sake maker......I learned that for the first time today.... The other day, Onikoroshi from Hyogo said, "This is it! If you are sake, then there can only be one sake of sake. If you're a sake drinker, then there's only one sake of sake(?): ......... I have started to keep a proper record of my sake consumption, and now I realize that I used to drink sake at random.... Well, I guess I'm enjoying it freely and carefree! Sake 15% (15%)

I picked up this bottle thinking it was a picture of Momotaro. I thought it was from Okayama, but it was from a sake brewery in Hyogo. Banshu Momotaro...it's like Tokyo Disneyland in Chiba. It is the closest to what I imagine sake to taste like. I think it is the closest to what I imagine sake to taste like. (I have not had a chance to try the packaged and cup sake yet, so I'm sure my impression will change.) It is a little heavy, a little too sweet, a little too dry, and has a good sharpness to it. It is delicious. I'm drinking it with tomato pasta for dinner, and it's not as bad a pairing as I thought it would be. I might try it with grilled turnips, too. Sake: 13% to 14% abv.

It is a product that Famima has jointly developed with a sake brewery. There was also a blue packaged one, but I chose this dry one today. The sharpness is not that strong, but it is dry and has a sweetness that is typical of sake. It is quite easy to drink and delicious. The price of 100 yen for this is amazing. I hear that there are a lot of sake named "Onikoroshi," so I would like to try many different kinds. More than 13 degrees Celsius but less than 14 degrees Celsius

I picked it up, thinking that although it was supposed to be my first time drinking it, the packaging was somehow very nostalgic... I found out that my uncle, a relative of mine, liked this sake and used to buy it when he came to visit his parents' house. The sweetness of rice that is typical of Japanese sake! Delicious. The alcohol content is quite high. However, I was surprised that it was by far the most expensive sake cup on display at the supermarket. My uncle must have been a rich man... Sake, 70% polished rice ratio, 19% alcohol by volume
