It's been a while since I had Niyodo Blue. The light blue bottle reminds me of summer, but drinking crisply chilled Junmai in a warm room is a privilege of winter. I had some mackerel from Tosa-Shimizu City in Kochi Prefecture as a side dish. We are from the same hometown, so there is no reason why we can't get along.
The cool light blue bottle intrigued me and I bought it.
Light and refreshing aftertaste.
Terribly easy to drink.
It is said to have been brewed in the Niyodo River
Niyodo River, the cleanest water in Japan.
The persuasiveness is not impressive.
