It's been a while since I had Niyodo Blue. The light blue bottle reminds me of summer, but drinking crisply chilled Junmai in a warm room is a privilege of winter. I had some mackerel from Tosa-Shimizu City in Kochi Prefecture as a side dish. We are from the same hometown, so there is no reason why we can't get along.

う〜ん、辛口❗️
最近流行りの酸味ではなく、
(｀・ω・´)キリッと、ザ・日本酒。
思っていた「仁淀ブルー」のイメージとは、
違ってました。
チー鱈と合わせると、酸味が弱くなって、旨味が出てきます。

ちょっと所縁のある高知県・佐川町の酒蔵、司牡丹で初めて飲んだ仁淀ブルー。純米酒だけど、口に含むと若干吟醸香が。澄んだ仁淀川のように素直な味。

これまた試飲、香りは赤葡萄やマスカット
最初は純米酒としての主張が強いものの割と何にでも
合うのでは？と思い購入！
