And, I bought Osaka's local sake as an accompaniment.
I bought it at a souvenir shop in Namba Walk.
I didn't have high expectations, but it was quite good.
The balance of sweetness and sourness is good, and you can feel the deliciousness.
The appetizer was "Kakinoha Sushi", but it was a good match❗️.
Even so, "Hinotori" is comfortable!

I couldn't detect the ginjo aroma, but I have a vague memory of a solid body.
I heard it's from a brewery in Senshu, but do they drink this sake during the Danjiri Festival?
