Business trip to Kansai after a long absence
I'm going to Nagoya!
I have no choice but to take "Hinotori".
And, I bought Osaka's local sake as an accompaniment.
I bought it at a souvenir shop in Namba Walk.
I didn't have high expectations, but it was quite good.
The balance of sweetness and sourness is good, and you can feel the deliciousness.
The appetizer was "Kakinoha Sushi", but it was a good match❗️.
Even so, "Hinotori" is comfortable!

It's hard to get local sake in Osaka, so I was very happy!
I think Hinotori is really cool!
