This is an exploration of Osaka's local sake, which is not widely distributed in Tokyo except for Akishika. I selected Naniwa Masamune because I have the impression that all sakes with the name Masamune are good. It has a slight sweetness that makes you feel like you're rolling syrup around in your mouth, and the sharpness makes it easy to gulp down.
