The only trip to USJ My Souvenir😊 I bought this for my first experience with sake in Osaka 😋. I tend to think of one cup Ozeki when I see it in a cup I tend to think of it as a one-cup Ozeki. This is delicious! It has a sweet taste on the palate It has a sweet mouthfeel but a clean aftertaste. It goes in as smoothly as water 😊. I can't wait to try their other liquors!!!!

Naniwa's sweet lover❤ I bought this at the Osaka Sake Expo. It has a hole in the stopper, so I guess it's an active sake? It's sweet and refreshing, but the second half of the bottle has a strong kick to it. It has a high alcohol content, so you have to be careful. This is the first time I've ever had a raw sake with added sugar. I've had packaged sake from Nihonzakari and Kiyosuzakura.

Osaka sake, I have hardly ever had it. Hard on the palate. For a moment, you can smell the smell of cooked rice, but it is hard and sharp. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste a little bit of butterbur-like flavor. There is a hint of syrupy sweetness, but not much umami. The alcohol comes in sharply when swallowed. It gives the impression of old-fashioned sake, like something from a countryside izakaya (Japanese-style pub). I don't like it.

Bourde's in Hannan City, Osaka Prefecture I had a hankering for grilled oysters. I wanted to try grilled oysters, so I paired them with local sake. I was able to enjoy a little bit of luxury. This cup of sake, with its limited label, went well with the oysters. It was very easy to drink and had a nice wash effect. This is an exploration of Osaka's local sake, which is not widely distributed in Tokyo except for Akishika. I selected Naniwa Masamune because I have the impression that all sakes with the name Masamune are good. We got some fresh octopus, so we had takoyaki for dinner. And then, we had this drink at the last minute. It certainly goes well with the texture of the takoyaki and the sauce. Drinking it alone, the sweetness is a little hard for me, but the synergistic effect brings out the flavors of the broth and sauce. It's an interesting concept, though it's a bit dubious because of the added sugar. (There is also a sake that goes well with okonomiyaki, and I think it's a sake that can't be found anywhere but Osaka.
