The 10th Osaka Jizake Tenma Daizakekai 2024④.
Naniwa Masamune's booth.
I had drunk Naniwa Masamune before I started Sake-no-wa, but I remember that it was old and twitchy when I found it at the liquor store.
Naniwa Masamune Natsusei Junmai Ginjo
The day before I went there, bouken-san sent me a picture of "Sakamatsu Natsusei" that he tasted at the liquor store, and he said it was the same sake but with a different label.
The taste and mouthfeel were so refreshing that I thought it was water.
Mr. Bouken, who drank it the day before, said, "What? He was twisting his neck while saying, "What?
Natsusei Ginjo
This one is also refreshing and has the same feeling as the Junmai Ginjo, but with a slight bitterness.
In my opinion, I don't think I like summer sake itself very much. I think summer sake is too refreshing...I'll try a non-summer sake next time.
According to bouken's information, there is an official account for Naniwa Masamune at Sake no Wa... 🤫.
Tenma Daijukai (¡°Tenma Sake Association¡±)
This sake is named after Governor Yoshimura
And an illustration of a mysterious person on the label
Where is Governor Yoshimura? Where?
It's a very typical mature, slightly dry junmai sake, and it's good warmed up.
It's the type of sake I'd like to drink on a regular basis, but it's more of a souvenir.
I misunderstood.
I'd like to buy it if it were available!
Tenma Taishukai 2024 ④
The day before, I tasted Sakakamatsu from this brewery at a liquor store in Ikuno Ward. He asked me if I was going to the Tenma Sake Festival.
I've been to this brewery and bought sake before.
I think it was a brewery in Osaka, but closer to Wakayama and near a fishing port.
I drank
Junmai Ginjo Natsusei
Nemuchi-san confirmed with the brewery that it was the same Sakakamatsu Natsusei that I drank the day before.
Hmmm? When I drank it the day before, I had the impression that it was a summer sake with good flavor and drinkability, but something is different...
Is it the temperature range? It seems too thin or too light 🤔.
Summer Ginjo
This is also a summer sake.
Similar to Junmai Ginjo, but this one is spicier.
Today is my first visit to a liquor store.
Sakurada Sake Shop in Ikuno Ward.
They recently started an installation site, and I had a vague idea of the brands they carry, so I decided to go there.
It's a little far from the station, but I guess Kintetsu Imazato Station or Sennichimae Shoji Station are the closest ones.
The brands they carry are
Kubota, Horaisen, Kirinzan, Sagata, Naniwa Masamune (Sakamatsu), Tamagawa, Katano Sakura, Otters, various sake from Meimon Shukai, etc.
There is also a PB sake called Naniwa Sakura, brewed by Yamano Shuzo of Katano Sakura.
They are open on Sundays.
When I asked if they had any 4-gou of Sakamatsu sake, they said they only have 1-masu bottles. I asked them if they had any 4-gou of Sakamatsu, but they said they only had one bottle....
Then they asked me if I would like to try a sample. I decided to try it.
The rice was smooth. It is rare for a brewery in the Kansai region to use "masugura" rice. I think there was also a sake made with Asahi no Yume.
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a slightly sweet, yet somewhat robust flavor. The quality of the sake seems heavy for a summer sake.
I've bought Naniwa Masamune's Natsusei at a brewery in the past, but I wonder if the contents are the same 🤔.
The owner was very nice and I will visit again 😊.
The 3rd and 4th pictures are retro vending machines I found on the way 😳.
The sample I saw was released in 1998, so I wonder if it was working until the middle of the Heisei era?
