Today we have a ginjo-nama stored sake from Murakami, Niigata Prefecture's Suehari Tsuru: ❗️❗️
The aroma is a fresh sweet aroma of ginjo❗️ sip and the sweet aroma of ginjo spreads, followed by a dense texture and tingling sensation on the tongue, then comes a sharp spiciness❗️ sake that is also good as a food sake❗️❗️
Full-bodied, delicious taste
Sweet aroma, smooth attack. Full-bodied, umami mouthfeel. It goes in smoothly and has a good sharpness.
The second glass is here. It's a familiar umakuchi 🤣.
Ginjyo Nama-Stored Sake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 15%, Alcoholic
This sake was said to be a summer-only sake.
The aroma was subtle, the taste was clean and dry, and it went well with the green onion skewers as a side dish.
As usual...I have a weakness for "limited editions"😅

Peach and pear and wet stone - delicious!
I drank this from the beautiful cup I got in Toyama. The sake itself was brought back from Niigata in November 2024. Gotta love sippable memories!
The mouthfeel is clean and sharp! It's a little bit too sharp on the palate, but there's a slight sakeiness that goes well with strong flavored snacks...
It's been a little while since I opened it, but it might have been a little more refreshing at first...
Homegrown Yamadanishiki rice, 35% polished rice
Frankly speaking, it tastes beautiful and elegant. It is light.
The flavor of the rice is strong. There is not much sweetness.
It is a stylish sake.

Impression: Light and dry.
The aroma is mild, but it has a refreshing fruity aroma that can be picked up properly, and if you smell it carefully, you can also smell rice.
The taste is refreshing with a low level of sugar and acidity, but the umami comes in later.
While it has the lightness typical of Niigata, it also has the fullness of a junmai ginjo with a rice polishing ratio of 50%, and the balance between the two is exquisite.
Repeat Score] 2.0
That's easy to drink, handsome.
I'm thinking of finishing with two drinks here,
I think I like this one better.
I like the bitter taste lingering.
More than that, the water eggplant is delicious...!
(More than that, I like the eggplant...!)
