The sake was so delicious that I was convinced of its taste and welcomed it in a bottle.
It is not too sweet and has a nice sharpness!
It has a clear, dry taste with a delicious umami flavor. It has a refreshing aftertaste. Slightly tangy. Easy to drink! When you don't need sweetness or fruity taste, this is delicious. I only knew Kochi as Drunken Whale and Funaka Hachisaku, so this is a new discovery!
I had only had summer junmai ginjo.
Unlike the cute pop labels of summer, this label is simple. And yet, it's dusty and comforting with a rabbit holding a boar's mouth and a tokkuri to let us know that the fall sake is ready to be served.

The aroma is like muscat, and when you drink it, the sweetness and umami come over you. It has a slightly tangy and fizzy taste, and finishes with a slight bitterness. Delicious...✨I guess it's sweet-umami after a summer. It's darker than the usual Bunkajin 😋.
